Do I need to send my shears back to the manufacturer to keep the warranty?

  • Please understand that the answer to that varies with the companies that you do business.  Be sure that you know what your warranty states.  Generally, sending your shears back to the manufacturer is not necessary.  It can be costly and it can take a long time to get your shears back.  We sharpen most brands of shears, but there are some exceptions.
